Shipping & Delivery
We deliver your order wherever you are in Kuwait. All you need is to submit your order on our website and you will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking number, and we will deliver your order within 24 business hours.

All orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the same day. All other orders after 12pm will be processed and delivered the next day.

Order cancellation must be before delivery takes place. All orders must be cancelled before 1pm no exceptions taken. Cancellation fees: 4% for Credit Cards or 0.35KD for KNET orders.

 

Local Pick-up: All local pickup orders will be handed to the customer within two days of order time. Details about pickup location and timing will be sent to customer via SMS.

 

Gulf Countries Shipping:

We do ship to GCC countries. Shipping rate is 8.5KD for 1KG going to all GCC countries. Additional weight beyond 1KG will result in more fees which will be paid by customer prior to shipping. Please contact us via direct message on Instagram for questions about shipping.

We are not responsible for any orders getting held in customs of your country. If your order is held by customs, we will try to return it but customer will be responsible for any returning fees.

Orders will take 1-2 days to process before shipping them out to customers. So expect to get your order within 2-5 days after you make your order on the website.

No refunds are issued to orders outside of Kuwait. Returned shipments will only be re-shipped to customers and can not be refunded.

Warranty and Returns Policy
Electronic cigarettes are a consumer product, performance and longevity is linked to the care and maintenance provided by the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the care and preservation of personal devices and accessories.

We will make sure that your electronic cigarette product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

Any mod or atomizer that has a manufacturer defect will be exchanged or refunded.

Warranty and Returns
• Atomizers: 3 days from the date of purchase
• Mods: 7 days from date of purchase

-JUUL Devices: 1 days from the date of purchase (If the device is not working at all)

-JUUL Pods are under no warranty and will not be exchanged or refunded for any reason.

-Bo Pods are under no warranty and will not be exchanged or refunded for any reason.

-Myle Pods are under no warranty and will not be exchanged or refunded for any reason.

• E-Juices will not be returned or exchanged for the safety of our customers.

• Accessories are not under any kind of warraneties, for example, but not limited to: Coils, pods, flavors, drip tips, battery chargers, etc. ..

Warranty expires from our end after the specified durations of purchase. After that, the customer have to contact the manufacturer himself/herself for any issues.

Factory of product only determine the duration of products with defects return. Amigos Vaho DOES NOT hold responsibility for any problem with products purchased from the website.

Warranties and returns will only be accepted under manufacturers defects.
This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
• Edit or alter, repair or service of this product by any person or company other than Amigos Vaho.
• Abuse of the product.
• Any use of the product other than that originally intended – the use of non-certified accessories, such as chargers is electronic cigarettes or transducers.
